Hi, I am Saqib Hussain, Program Manager Design (Innovations and Solutions) currently working at Esper, Esper is a MDM and Dev-ops platform . It has Offices in Seattle, San Jose and Bangalore.
Who am I?
At the heart, I am a Product Design Strategist who believes that most effective & compelling products come alive when there is the balanced intersection of Human, Business, Technology, and Design or we could call it "Man-machine-Market”.
Design is a way of life for me, more than a discipline.
I have been working across different domains such as digital transportation, IoT, Smart Cities, Supply chain, retail, labs & manufacturing for the last 8 years and I got to wear multiple hats during my tenure and solved numerous problems from scratch.
My expertise!
After wearing many hats in the past years, I have understood that Design + Product is my area of interest. And the focus is on Product Management & Design Leadership.
My expertise lies in Strategy, Research , Information Architecture , Cognitive behaviour, Interaction Design ,Product Management, IOT Technology, Storytelling, Business Analysis, Consulting & Digital Transformation.

Saqib is an intelligent and smart person who picks up things very fast. LogicLadder was his first job and he was among the first to pickup and own the solutions very early in the game. Saqib is also a very dedicated when it comes to delivery of solutions within a defined time. I am sure he will be an asset to any organisation he is associated with.

As a teacher all you want is hungry students who are curious and enthusiastic about the subject and everything around it. Saqib is one such student who imbibes everything and asks for more. The growth mindset with which he approaches design inspired me to teach more and better. I couldn’t have had a better student who attempted every task with the same passion. Naturally as a mentor and teacher, I recommended him to my good friends to make a shift into the product world and great to note that he is rocking.
